WalletHub just released their 2016 results for the best (and worst) cities to be renting in comparing 150 of the largest cities in America.  The Phoenix area dominates the list of best cities for renters again in 2019.  Scottsdale came in as #1 overall on the list earning the highest score possible for the category of ‘Rental Market & Affordability’ and coming in at 5th place for the ‘Quality of Life’ scoring. Gilbert and Tempe also scored well with their ‘Rental Market & Affordability’ ranking taking the 2nd and 3rd place spots for that scoring category.
